It says a lot about the fandom that I was shocked that only two people were completely outraged and called the confessor names.
(I personally sort of agree. I never hated him perse, but the only reason I didn’t was because Dumbledore had to trust him for a reason. Unrequited love doesn’t automatically buy you a free pass in my book. I mean seriously, he wouldn’t have to be a double agent if he hadn’t joined Voldemort in the first place. Just sayin.)
